Rick’s Auto Medical Transportation is an individually owned non-emergency medical transportation company.
Carl (Rick) Reichelt started this company in 2000. He quickly recognized that Health Plan Providers were not getting the services that they needed. Rick also recognized that there was a general lack of coordination between the patient and the transportation company. Rick’s Auto Medical Transportation was formed to address these concerns.
Over the past five years, Rick’s Auto Medical Transportation has grown to a computerized Operations Center and over forty experienced drivers covering all requested service areas in the State of Michigan. The Operations Center enables our clients to confirm, change or cancel patient transports with one call.
We have now served the transportation needs of Health Plan Providers and thousands of patients throughout Michigan, and look forward to a continued partnership with these important clients.
